Il agit par d\u00e9l\u00e9gation de la Communaut\u00e9 de Communes Carlad\u00e8s Communaut\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> <strong>Communaut\u00e9 de Communes Carlad\u00e8s Communaut\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>(11 communes \u2013 4997 habitants)&nbsp;: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vic sur C\u00e8re, Thi\u00e9zac, St Jacques des Blats, Polminhac, Pailherols, Raulhac, St Cl\u00e9ment, Badailhac, Jou sous Monjou, St Etienne de Carlat<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Des missions<\/strong> <strong>transversales valid\u00e9es par la collectivit\u00e9<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019\u00e9tablissement public, dot\u00e9 de la personnalit\u00e9 morale et autonome financi\u00e8rement, est administr\u00e9 par un Comit\u00e9 de Direction et son pr\u00e9sident, assist\u00e9s d\u2019un directeur.
